Visit Expectations
During your one-on-one sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, we’ll begin with an initial evaluation lasting about an hour. In this session, we’ll gather your medical history, conduct a thorough assessment, provide valuable education, and create a personalized exercise plan tailored specifically to your needs.
Follow-up visits will typically last around 30 minutes, but we’re flexible and can extend these sessions as necessary to accommodate your exercise routine.
Our ultimate aim is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to better understand your body, minimize the risk of future flare-ups, and help you regain optimal function. We want to help you get back to enjoying the activities you love with renewed confidence!
